Track Your Order

We use Parcelforce as our chosen courier, and each case sent out with your order is assigned with a consignment number.

This consignment number is what you need to track your order.

Automatic notifications

Our courier will automatically notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.

Depending on what details you supplied when placing your order, you will receive the consignment number to your mobile phone, or email. Please note, a mobile number is required for an SMS notification to be sent.

Should you need to track your order, you may click on the link in the SMS or email, or click here to track the order. You may also contact us to find out the status of your order.
